Pese al fuerte y frío viento que nos hizo las dos noches, la habitación irradiaba calidez y confort. Mención especial a la comida que sirve su restaurante, con platos tradicionales llenos de sabor, color y buen gusto. Y por último, destacaría su idónea ubicación: Serrada de la Fuente se encuentra a solo cuarto de hora de pueblos tan emblemáticos de la Comunidad de Madrid como Buitrago de Lozoya, Prádena del Rincón o Montejo de la Sierra, a una media hora de la entrada al Hayedo de Montejo así como de los lugares más reseñados de la Sierra del Rincón, declarada como Reserva de la Biosfera.
