Aamiainen oli hyvä ja riittävä. Ihanat huoneet ja siistit. Kylpyhuone siisti. Kauniisti sisustettu vanhaa kunnioittaen. Booking.comin kautta tuli ovikoodi ja muut ohjeet selkeästi.

Asiakasta kehoitettiin ilmoittamaan, jos tulee klo 18 jälkeen paikalle. Tulin 17.30 ja ihmettelin missä on "vastaanotto". Löysin henkilökuntaa kysymällä muilta asiakkailta. Hämmensi hieman.
