The bed was comfy and that’s it

We weren’t offered breakfast and there was no dinner menu available as their kitchen was closed

Quiet country house with amazing views of Loch Ness. Staff was great and chef was excellent! Wish I could have that whiskey lamb shank recipe!!!

Overpriced accommodation and sub standard evening meal, given what we paid for it. Breakfast disappointing as apparently the cook will only do fried eggs....no scrambled or poached. At these prices I expect eggs cooked to order. Worst of all though, no hot water in the shower.

Location , a good all rounder , staff very pleasant

The location, staff and quality of food was amazing. Highly recommend it and reserve a place for dinner at time of booking as it can get busy.

A neighbour keeps stealing the signs which made locating the correct road a little challenging worth it when you arrive though.

Upgraded to lake view hotel room. Room was on the attic and the view was through a Velux window and you could only see the lake through the window when standing up. I am 6 foot tall, shorter people would not be able to view the page without using a chair. Heading only on 4x day. 2pm room freezing, staff unwilling to turn the heating on. Staff not always available. booking.com promised on the app to contact me after I reached out for assistance within 24 hours....... Still waiting. Awful customer support.

Great little hotel, great views and very quiet.

Location to other amenities, this hotel is isolated but we expected that.
