Lovely clean and comfortable room, pleasant staff and locals. Food was exceptional! Will definitely stay again.

The staff were wonderful.It was clean, and warm. Breakfast was very good

It was too far out of town - not in Penzance! The bedroom said "King" It was a tiny double,normal double bed and only 14 inches either side of bed, The tiny bathroom was ridiculous. I felt cheated - Booking.com should check out places before advertising them Noisiest place I evet stayed,could hear every word of conversations in the bar below, and bouncing floorboards on the night they had a singer in the bar, No double glazing and room was on road edge, a busier road than I expected.

Breakfast was ample and very tasty Staff friendly and helpful Evening meal very good Atmosphere great

Shower tiles around the bottom could do with cleaning to remove mold

It was recently modernised and thevrooms were well appointed

The landlady was not at all friendly, staff could not read let alone pronounce the wine list. The stench from local ferrets was very pervasive in the bar.From 9.30-11 pm the moushole make voice choir took over bar and sang , peace was finally established at 11.30 !

Very good location (close to the beaches and places around) and nice breakfast

Very small rooms, quite expensive for what you eventually get in comparison to other places across Cornwall (we travelled across Cornwall for a week, staying at a different B&B every night)

Really friendly and welcoming. Ideal to bring the dog. Wonderful place. Great breakfasts and just all round brilliant …
