Kings Arms

Loved the place, amazing food, lovely atmosphere, very friendly hosts and a gorgeous little gardens with a view down to the coast of Mousehill

Shame the scaffolding is there but I understand roof work is still ongoing

Room was clean and comfortable. The evening menu was varied and the food good. Good off-street car parking was available

The breakfast option of smoked salmon and scrambled egg was requested but although I specifically asked that the scrambled egg should be soft and creamy, it came out rubbery like most other hotel scrambled eggs cooked in large batches and kept warm, even though it was cooked to order. The comment "this is the best the cook could do" wasn't impressive.

The room had everything you need. Staff were attentive and helpful. Food was good and plentiful. Busy PH meant a full car park on occasion. Church opposite. If you want a quiet evening, ask about entertainment at the PH and bell ringing practise.

The staff were beyond good, they also very warm and inviting, who all the extra mile to make our stay perfect The location and inn were prefect The atmosphere in the dinning room only added to our truly memorable stay.

The size of the room, probably the smallest that we've ever stayed in. The sound of a boiler outside the window going on and off all night outside the bedroom window ( kept me awake for many hours). The black mould on the window frames.

Leider war das Kings Arms eine Großbaustelle als wir ankamen. Von dem Bild in Booking.com nichts zu erkennen. Gerüste vor dem Fenster, Bauarbeiten zu Gange. Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen. Baustelle bestand schon länger und man hätte uns vorher darauf hinweisen können. Stattdessen bekamen wir bei Anreise zur Antwort, das Zimmer ist doch dasselbe....- man wollte den maximalen Preis mitnehmen. Unschön

Le restaurant très bon et le petit déjeuner

Chambre très petite. Lit en 140, inconfortable. Salle de bain avec un évier bouché.environnement bruyant ( ventilation du restaurant).

The Kings arms is located at the end of Penzance, It takes 20min by bus to get there from Penzance train station. the Pub and room is very charming and within 10min walk you are in Mousehole beautiful Village. My room was comfortable, clean with plenty of hospitality goodies. Very generous breakfast.

Very nice stay - exactly as one could expect in a village pub overnight! Pleasant staff, real Full English breakfast, very quiet
