Central location. A beautiful period building very tastefully decorated.

The stairs are very steep but to be expected in such an old building. A chair in the bedroom would be a valuable asset.

A great little pub with rooms, we stayed just one night, meeting friends who lived nearby. The room was warm, comfy and well appointed, with a lovely shower. The staff were so helpful, and were quick to replace a lightbulb that had gone; even compensating us with a couple of beers to say sorry. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we'll definitely stay there again when we go back to visit our friends

Very clean. Good having side access door to car park. Staff extremely helpful.

Bed was comfy but did slanr down slightly at sides. Steep stairs and treads higher than norm.
