"Welcoming friendly inn"

Welcoming, friendly, amazing delicious breakfast and evening meals. Real log fire and great atmosphere

We had a room above the bar, could hear bar noise (it’s an old inn so not well insulated and expected) but it was silent by 11pm both nights.

Cosy and warm. Great food. Lovely staff. Clean bedroom. Kettle with coffee and tea. Complementary bottles of water. Nice toiletries.

Bed and pillows not particularly comfortable.
