Not friendly No plug for hand basin sink Noise off road all night until early hours I assume no double glazing When I moved to room 1 , the single was very cramped and no proper windows No table and chairs outside on ground level to drink morning coffee A complete. Let down I will not be staying there again No hospitality and customer service

So central, and with free parking guaranteed for residents. Very friendly staff. Lots of thoughtful additions to the room.

It is on a busy road. Fine for one night but even on a Sunday morning the traffic started early.

Lovely property, very close walk to the city centre- booked a single room very comfortable- staff very welcoming and the restaurant food is excellent

Chair in the en-suite, to hang clothes etc would be an improvement.
