Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere comfortable room.

Bed mattress was a little hard, could have done with a mattress topper.

Welcoming staff and good atmosphere in the bar and restaurant areas

No parking facilities. Plumbing in rooms faulty causing non flushing wc.

The sise and astetics of the room were great.

A number of items on the dinner menue were not available.

Loved the view from my room,over looking the church yard ,reminded me of my childhood home , bed was comfortable ,room was spotless

The shower in the bedroom was a little claustrophobic

Accessibility for older people or those with mobility problems. Lack of care from some staff . Only one key for three people in family room. Some rooms had no shower- bath too deep. Hazards - worn carpet on stairs. No response when my brother and wife complained about their mattress.

The room given to me had a bed that was wet through, as though there had been a leak in the room. I find it hard to believe that the hotel were not aware of this. As I arrived late (11.15pm) and had to leave early there were no staff around to complain to or ask to switch rooms, which left me no choice to stay in the room and get no sleep.
