"Perfect"

The room was perfectly clean, bed was comfy, staff was helpfull. The only thing bothered me was a very loud music was coming from downstairs. Other than that everything was perfect.

Could be more quiet.

"lovely staff, good location, but lack of heating & cleanliness really lets the place down."

its in a good central location for Keith. plenty of places to eat & get a coffee within a short walk. the staff were very friendly.

The room & bathroom were not particularly clean & the bathroom has a mould problem. My room & whole upstairs of the hotel was very cold - I had to sleep in my sleeping bag to be warm & woke up cold most nights.
