The owner was super friendly and it all feels very cozy and homely.

The location near city center, wi-fi is good. Breakfast is amazing, everyday get different menu and everyone get different menu based on request. The host is really nice and friendly, she explained about the city.

Excellent little place for relaxing in Kutaisi, that is well positioned for exploring the city and all the things in its region. This guesthouse can facilitate up to 8 people, as far as I can see, and its run by really helpful and friendly folks. You have a kitchen and 1 bathroom at your disposal, it should be plentiful if the people are good travelers, even if the place is full. Breakfast was included and it was prepared by the host, very diverse and delicius, for the price of the stay it can't really get better. Beds are nice and separated, with privacy screens, storage and sockets. Also there are several safety lockers for valuables. Region has a variety of natural attractions, so find the time and enjoy your stay as I did. Thank you!

Wonderful breakfast and owner super helpful and kind

10/10 experience. The host is Nino is smiley, very kind, helpful and informative, always making sure everything is ok and ready to help. Very close to the centre (about 8 mins walk) but still very quiet guest house. It also has a great garden, with lots of fruit trees, especially grapes. They make their own wine, (tasty!) and they sell a whole bottle for under €2. Lots of space in the dorm, curtains separating the beds which is great, big clean bathrooms. I stayed 1 night and it was very comfortable overall. The breakfast is delicious and it is included in the price. You can leave your luggage without any problem if you have a late flight or anything. Again, Nino tried her best to make sure your stay is great!

Maybe one more WC would be helpful.
