I liked the location as it's near the temple

* rooms were not clean *Broken cot *essential toiletries were not provided * Tv wasn't working * Even a blanket was not there * Moreover after the booking due to traffic I reached there by 10 pm , and the one at the reception said that they will provide the room as we reached there after 7pm * While booking i tried to pay the amount online itself, but no options were shown. And the receptionists was shouting at me saying that the amount was not paid so he can't give the room. * At that time of night, with booking done earlier, the situation of not getting room with a non co operative worker was an unfortunate incident in my travel history. * As it was a Saturday night ,weekend all of the hotels in guruvayur were filled with devottes and no rooms were available in the surroundings. This hotel and the workers created tensions for us. * They were so arrogant that they have the confidence that they will get customers again as it's a prime location and budget friendly. * If possible please take them off from Booking .com website, orelse it will affect the goodwill of booking.com, as many are using your app for finding best hotels in different towns.
