While booking it was showing AC room, But they have given only Non-AC room, bed sheets not cleaned. Room is okay, a little Humid condition due to summar I think.

Comfort suites.No resturant No Lift.

Bed sheets should be colourful instead plain. Covered parking required. Good fragrance should use. Hot water to provide 24x7.

We reached the property past Mid Night, after a long drive from airport. Were tired. Just wanted to take shower and hit the bed. The receptionist mentioned he hasn't received the booking.com confirmation and when I showed him the email confirmation, he reluctantly checked us in. When we reached room, we discovered that there is no covers, bath towels and soap etc. I sent my son to get those, maybe they forgot. He came back after a while saying they will give it tomorrow morning, as the staff have locked up everything and left. Then I went down and asked the receptionist, whats happening. First he said the same thing - everything is locked up, once the staff comes in the morning he will give it. Then when i requested him again, he changed his tone and says, standard room doesn't get anything. You should have booked an AC room. Alight, I told him I'll take the A/C room in that case. I booked the standard one as we'll be leaving anyways by 6 AM, so it a matter of 3-4 hours. Then he says, now you can't upgrade as you have already checked in to a standard room. Seriously!!! After so much of convincing, he finally throw in one towel, soap and said now go please. Thanks to all the mosquitoes. We didn't sleep at all. In fact we left as early as possible. What stopped them giving just giving these basic things? Don't know!!!
