Room cleanliness was excellent and value for money

Lunch and dinner are not available at restaurant. Hot water on bathroom available at limited time only morning 3 hrs and night 3 hrs.

Staff was good and rooms were clean

Hot water was not available all the time, only during certain hours it was available. Lunch and dinner service was not available, had to order food from outside. Complimentary breakfast was not good. More items should be available. Not value for money. Whenever we asked for water, they first came to collect the water bottle they provided, fill water in the same bottle and give us. They don't even have extra bottle.

Mr. Nelson, Ms. Priya & Mr. Ravi chandran and also Mr. Ajith supported very well. Rest of the staffs need to develop their customers handling.

they have a very rigid hot water policies, which is completely a negative concept in the cold weather places like Kodaikanal, which needs to fine-tune. During night they should have an housekeeping service person for customer's support. During night they should have atleast the provision of providing beverages for the room stayers.
