Everything from food to rooms , clean bathrooms, clean towels , heater fitted rooms. Everything was perfect.

room view is the best

The Saraha was beautiful n hospitality of staff was wonderful. The rooms were super spacious with beautiful balcony n breathtaking views of the mountains. The bathrooms were super clean with all the amenities. Manager Mr. Dinesh was superbly helpful in n cherry on the pie, we met the owner Mr. Stanzin, what a humble person... Gr8. All the best Saraha 👍

staff was not managed properly. no one was at the reception counter almost every time I called for something. food was good but they couldn’t manage service well. staff kept prompting for tips

Everything. Amazing staff and service. Very courteous and polite staff. They ensure you are comfortable all through the stay. Good breakfast as well. Very clean and spacious rooms. Highly recommended.

The staff is very friendly, food is good, rooms were clean. They have heater also. The service was top notch.

Great hotel , well maintained rooms and staff everyone is soo good and humble specially manager Mr. Dinesh , so nice and helpfull and even every staff ..thy serve u facilities with smile, and food was soo soo good .. I recommend everyone to stay with them. It was a great experience with saraha. Thankyou everyone to making our trip soo special.
