Fui informado pela equipe da hospedagem que uma árvore havia caído na propriedade, impossibilitando minha estadia. O suporte foi imediato e eficiente: fui realocado para outra acomodação sem qualquer custo adicional. A nova hospedagem oferecida era, inclusive, superior à que eu havia reservado inicialmente.
