Pousada e Restaurante Clima da Serra

Acolhimento do anfitrião foi excelente. Recebeu minha pet com carinho.

Não ficou claro que estava reservando um quarto e não um chalé, mas resolvi no local.

Le chalet trop petit / ma réservation, nous étions sensés avoir deux espaces de couchage indépendants, ce qui n’était pas le cas malgré le surcoût réservé. Problème d’un cafard courant sur le sol, une bombez anti cafards laissée sur la cheminée… un énorme camion citerne parsué sur la parking a laissé son moteur tourner le matin à 8:00, pollution maximale !

Localização, principalmente pra quem vem pra prática de ciclismo de estrada na região. Perto do portal da cidade, que dá acesso à estrada e evita as inúmeras ladeiras íngremes da região do centro da cidade.

Pouca flexibilidade para disponibilizar um late check out de 2 horas. Estamos num período pré competição de um importante evento que ocorrerá na cidade em 4 semanas, e nessas semanas que antecedem a competição, muitos atletas vem fazer o reconhecimento do trajeto e pedalam sábado e domingo. A pousada não permitiu uma saída às 13h, 2h que seriam usadas pra almoçar na própria pousada, tomar um banho e descansar antes de pegar estrada de volta pra casa.

Perfeito para quem busca tranquilidade, contato com a natureza! Espaço amplo, limpo, me senti a vontade desde a recepção!

Clean bedroom and comfortable bed.

We didn't realise it's more of a Motel by the side of the road than a hotel when we made the booking. Considering how many more beautiful, welcoming and peaceful places there are in Cunha for the same price or less, we were surprised and disappointed when we arrived at the hotel. It's very simple and there is absolutely nothing in the room to make it more welcoming. Not a kettle, or a lamp, nothing. To make things worse, they put us in a room nearest to the road, with a car park view, despite there being several other chalets available further back in the property. We were staying in Cunha as a family for 3 nights with a small baby and when we spoke to the owner / manager about it she offered to move us to the back challets but these too were too simple for the price and all we wanted was to cancel the following nights and move somewhere more welcoming and better equipped. At first she seemed willing to help, helpful but ended up charging us 70% of the fee for the whole trip, saying it was cancellation fee. As we realised we were paying for 2 out of 3 nights, we decided to use the pool before leaving. That's when the manager came out to the pool and started shouting at us - while we held our 7 month old. A horrible start to our holiday in Cunha and a regrettable situation that almost made us cancel the trip and move on. We're glad we didn't. We found a charming chalet with everything we needed, and guess what, for less.
