Rodeway Inn Llano

The location of the hotel was perfect for my trip.

The room was extremely hot when I arrived -- about 89 degrees. It took about 3 hours to cool down. I accidentially spilled water on the floor, so I wiped it up with a towel. The towel was almost black when I finished cleaning. When I flushed the toilet, it continued to run water all night & I could not get it to stop. I had to close the door to minimize the noise from the toilet flushing. The towels were dirty looking (stained). The blow dryer didn't work.

We had to change rooms due to a dirty sheet and slow tub draining but ! They accommodated us quickly

There is no breakfast. The new owners are great and doing a wonderful remodel.

Provided coffee packs didn’t match the pot size, but that is a minor issue. They were great about giving us extra.

Staff and very friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and AC worked extremely well. Great basic room for a great price. I’ll continue to hook here when I’m in the area

Location and price are great beds are comfy staff is friendly.

Bathroom light flashed on and off like a disco ball.

I understand when renovations have to be done, but I feel like we should have been told the hotel was under going work. The beds were very uncomfortable the pillows were flat and the curtains in our room was in tatters. We were told that they were pet friendly but we could not have the queen room we reserved, we would have to take full sized beds in a smaller room and it would be the same price plus an additional $10/night pet fee for service dogs
