The car park for the Kings Head is at the rear of the building accessed from Upgate, Louth, LN11 9HD Kindly note the accommodations is located on the first and second floors, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Customer service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Kirsty was friendly and professional, she escorted us to our room and even organised a taxi for us. We had a meal in the bar area and breakfast next morning and both were very good. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The only things that I could fault it on was it was cold where we had our meal and the breakfast room. Also our room wasn't as warm as we would have liked. The TV was on too loud at breakfast.
