Ritengo sarebbe buona cosa avere del personale alla reception quando si arriva in loco. Se mi si telefona e mi si chiede a che ora arrivo e do un orario mi aspetto che a quell’ora ci sia qualcuno. Siamo arrivati all’orario stabilito ma abbiamo dovuto telefonare e aspettare 15 minuti fuori dalla struttura che arrivasse una ragazza perché la porta era chiusa e non c’era modo di entrare e per fortuna che non pioveva. Poi sarebbe stato opportuno da parte dello staff scusarsi per il ritardo ma questo non è avvenuto, per il resto tutto bene 🙂

There are so many things we liked. First, the staff were so very friendly and helpful. They had free parking for our car. They were able to give us guidance on things to see and where to go. Breakfast was really great! Everything was available and we could also have eggs to order. I looked forward to breakfast every day! The location was perfect. There are plenty of restaurants and shops walking distance from the bed and breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet. They even offer a "ride" service with just a nominal fee and were on call when we needed a ride to and from the train station. The owners also have a restaurant in town with the same name "Capitelli". I have been in Italy for nearly 3 weeks and I had the best pasta dish of the entire vacation! would strongly recommend staying here and eating at the restaurant. I will definitely come back and stay here! Thank you

Impossible d’avoir la climatisation dans la chambre, ne fonctionne pas et aucune explications sur son fonctionnement, personnel pas la .! Où trop occupé par d’autres choses.!
