The room was clean

We were told to arrive before 19:00 to secure the check in. We arrived before 17:00 but the staff was not present. When the reception staff arrived they did not even say hello to us. When we got our room, it was not the one we booked (one bed was missing).

Very helpful and cheerfull staff, amazing breakfasts, beautiful city and overall very pleasant place and experience. It exceeded our expectations.

Only problem is parking spot that's in common parking lot in front of the building that's sometimes bit crowded.
