O Café da manhã!

A atendente tentou cobrar uma taxa adicional referente ao uso do cartão de crédito. Ao questionar, informando que a reserva havia sido realizada pelo Booking e que eu pretendia efetuar o pagamento por esse meio, fui surpreendido com a orientação de simplesmente cancelar a reserva. Atitude totalmente inadequada e pouco profissional. Existem diversas outras opções de hotéis e pousadas na mesma faixa de preço, com melhor estrutura e atendimento muito mais respeitoso. Vale a pena pesquisar antes de escolher.
