Everything was great, definitely worth every penny. Staffs are welcoming specially the owner, facilities are new, the unit is clean, location is great, there's a 7-eleven at the front.

今回検索した際に多くのサイトで最安圏に名前が出てきた新規物件。実態はアパートだが日割り貸しも可能。一泊700ペソ台でエアコン、冷蔵庫、WIFI有。バスタオルは１枚のみ無料。恐らく追加は50PHP。古い炊飯器があったが未使用。湯沸かしは無し。水無し。

GUECO STREETに面しているので、夜でも煩い。WSまで若干距離があるが徒歩可能。トライクも指定スタンドから乗れば40ペソ。ホットシャワーは無い
