The receptionist is nice.

The owner does not know that I booked 2 rooms even if i booked it through booking.com. They did not want to believe that I booked 2 rooms for the price I paid. I called many times to confirm my booking prior to my arrival and yet they made us wait for a long time to check in. We will only stay for a few hours and yet they did not know that ww are coming. The room is full of cockroaches, no amenities like tissues.

The place was clean, there is a kitchen with complete utensils if you want to cook. The closet space was also big, with its own fridge inside the room. Very accessible since it's located on the roadside. 10mins walk to grocery (Puregold) and a few steps to the nearest sari sari store. Grabfood and food panda is available if you want to have your food delivered. Very accomodating staff.

The shower heater didn't work that much and the door knob was a bit loose

The area is accessible, there is Netflix and the room is cold.

There is one cockroach found but it is no big deal.
