I didn't like it at all. The place accepted pets but when I got there yesterday night I was informed that guests with pets had a different kind of room. It was not informed in the website when I 've bought the package for 2 nights. Also I've requested a de luxe double room with balcony. None of these happened. The room had no balcony and I ended up in very horrible room, with a wall view 🥺And my dog could not go anywhere inside. It's humiliating. Since the place is pet friendly, it should have another treatment for those who travels with their pets. I feel deceived and I had to leave earlier because this whole situation was very stressful. Please help me. I'd like to have my money back just for the night that I didn't spend there. It's not fair to keep my money after all I 've been through. I wanted to have some relaxing days at the beach but it was a nightmare. Thanks in advance for your support and attention. Claudia Fabozzi

"Good option of stay,"

Great breakfast, cleanness and close to the beach. Wi-fi worked perfectly and staff was very kind.

Swimming pool area is new but the area is not proportional to the hotel quantity of rooms.
