"Foi boa e me atendeu. Sr. Alexsandro foi bem atencioso. Tudo é eletrônico, só vi um funcionário no café da manhã."

Café da manhã e do quarto cama confortável, chuveiro bom. E tinha utensílios de higiene pessoal tb. Quarto limpo e roupas de cama de qualidade. Tinha máquina de café com capsulas a vontade. Isso é bem difícil ver nos lugares hj em dia.

No quarto 2 tem uma goteira que incomodou a noite toda, percebi que a pousada está sem manutenção, instalações com goteiras e tb do lado de fora meio que abandonado ou talvez será feita alguma reforma, pousada é bonita mas está faltando alguns cuidados. No Banheiro do quarto a privada vazava água tb. O WIFI não funcionou. A TV a cabo funcionava bem.

Espaço, conforto e limpeza impecáveis.

Sentimos falta do contato presencial com os funcionários. No café da manhã tinha acabado o leite, tentamos contato com alguém para que repusesse e ninguém apareceu, mesmo chamando por várias vezes. Nosso café da manhã ficou a desejar 😔

A pousada atendeu às expectativas, instruções claras para check-in, quarto espaçoso, bom chuveiro, bom café da manhã. Uma opção muito boa para quem estiver ficando em Extrema.

A internet não funcionou muito bem durante a minha estadia, o que pode ser aprimorado para os hóspedes, especialmente que precisam de uma boa conexão para trabalhar.
