Banana Grove El Nido

Beautiful stay away from the main part of El Nido. Annie and her family were amazing people and made our stay memorable. A short walk to local shops and restaurants as well as Lio Beach being nearby which was a highlight. Would recommend staying here for a unique backpacking experience. Great value for money and would definitely recommend booking all trips with Annie!!

We loved our stay at Banana Grove - our standalone hut was cool in the night, had everything we needed included a mosquito net and was only a short journey into El Nido. Breakfast every morning was brilliant with a choice of multiple options, but the best part of our stay was the owner - Annie. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, sorted everything we needed to properly see El Nido and travel onwards plus was really helpful with recommendations. If we return to El Nido, this will be the first place we’d book in to stay again!

The laid-back Banana Grove was a really pleasant stay! Ani was so accommodating, kind, and helpful! She went above and beyond, providing so many comforts, as I was battling an illness. They gave us so much information on what to do around El Nido and helped us plan everything, from boat tours to ferry's to other islands. The food is incredible and probably the best local food we've tasted in the Philippines!

The nicest people ever! It’s not an host, they are family to me! Supergood breakfast, best advices for tours and places, always helping people! I definitely want to come back!

The location is peaceful, quiet and a 15 min walk away from one of el nido's beautiful beaches. The best part of our stay was the wonderful hosts and their awesome families and friends. If you are looking for a warm and welcoming place in the middle of banana trees, super friendly and fun local people, that's the one. Thank you guys again for the wonderful stay!

Very nice community, Annie is so lovely and kind and maked very good breakfast! You can choose between three breakfast options or take a special one for an extra price. We were also able to rent a scooter there. For some it may be a bit too remote but for us it was perfect. If you like it more local and not that much touristy, than this is the perfect spot for you to stay in el nido!

For my partner it was no problem, because he has a very deep sleep but I have a very light sleep and couldn‘t sleep that well because you can hear everything and there were a lot toktoks/bikes passing in the night. But except from that everything was perfect and I‘d definitely come back

The kindness of the staff and flexibility

If we have to mansion something it would be warm water in the showers and a wall mounted shower head would be super nice.
