The hotel is perfectly located on the waterfront, near great restaurants. The rooms are spacious with unique outdoor bathrooms, and the breakfast buffet is exceptional. Staff, especially at the kite surfing area and check-in, were friendly and helpful.

The open room concept with no proper windows and outdoor shower leads to noise issues—from neighbors to street traffic and nightly music. This can disrupt sleep, so earplugs and a sleeping mask are essential.

There are simply too many rooms and beds, so the place gets loud and overcrowded if fully booked
