Located at the famous Tg Tuan. The air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room are ok. The air conditioner in the living room shares it with the newly added room.

* I hate giving bad reviews but the place is overpriced for what it has. We immediately called other agents to rent other unit and moved out within 1 hour. So we burnt rm330 just like that. * it is a one bedroom unit with extra room added in the living room, making the living room small. * water pressure very low, once you flush it take ages to fill up again. * refrigerator is dirty and looks like more than 10 yrs old with rust outside. * There is no dining table * there is only one bathroom and the door can be difficult to close or open
