No air conditioning which I know is rarely needed but the rooms were very hot in loft rooms. No kettle in room

Unser Zimmer lag nach hinten mit Blick auf ein Dach. Die Küchen-Abluft befand sich genau davor, so dass es trotz geschlossenem Fenster sehr laut (und heiß )war :-(

酒店有两间窗朝内的小房间，每个员工都知道体验极差，他们为了挣钱，看客人外表（亚裔）或是否在他们那里吃饭，会故意给你那个房间，然后用各种言辞骗你一直住下去（厨房设备从早上6:30响到晚上11点，噩梦般的入住体验）。他们的性价比是30天英国旅行最差的！
GBGBEverything was just perfect. Friendly, helpful and happy staff. Exceptional food fairly priced. Good sized room, lovely decor and the sea view was delightful. Good size car park with plenty free spaces.
I didn't like having to leave! No lift.
GBBreakfast was good, large portions. Room was at the top of the hotel, great views to the sea, and only 1 mile from the Giants Causeway. No lift, so had to go up 32 steps, wouldn't be suitable for anyone with an issue on stairs.
Could have done with more staff at dinner, the waitress was excellent, but the only one and run off her feet
