Shower cubicle was a bit snug

Shower a bit small for a room catering for up to 5 people. Also would have expected shower gels & shampoo to be of a better quality for the type of hotel Grays is. Would have expected TV in main room to have been mounted more centrally or on a mounting that could be adjusted. Loose TV mounting in the 2nd room.

Soft closing toilet seat would be nice. Better fitting bedroom door. It rattled every time the the wind caught it from the front door.had to put a chair against it in the night.we were in room 3.

Room was warm and unable to open any windows thin walls could hear quite a lot of noise from next door .. shower tray would not drain and overflowed if used shower quite small also.. minimal bedding. Hard to find staff when needed bar area etc though seemed to be under staffed staff doing many jobs.
