As instalações são novas e de bom gosto, a limpeza é ótima. Possui comércio fácil ao redor excelente para quem quer economizar preparando sua própria refeição. Piscina ótima.

Embora não seja culpa dos donos as ruas ao redor são esburacadas e sem pavimentação o acesso é mais difícil pra quem depender de transporte publico
