"MUST stay in Jerusalem!"

This boutique hotel is the BEST! In the heart of Old City near Jaffa gate. Perfect location to walk and see all of the sights. Hotel is charming…views from rooftop terrace are unbeatable. Rooms are clean, modern and full of all amenities. Nice touches…wine, treats, bottled water. The true gem of this place is Efraim. He took excellent care of our family during our stay and truly goes the extra mile to make you feel like a special guest.

"Very good"

The bathroom was very narrow and especially hard to go in and close door. They could put in a sliding door to solve this problem.

The location was brilliant. The room was spacious. Efraim, the go to person, was exceedingly helpful. It was immaculately clean and well equipped

One of the tvs didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was atrocious. It was not apparent from the information on Booking.com that there was no reception or other usual hotel facilities although this did no affect our stay.
