Great location, no issues with property

Management was poor, seems to have been a miscommunication between staff members. Numerous bookings from a wedding party paid for early check in, yet the rooms was not ready. The delay caused the guests of the wedding party to miss the reception. 2 couples of the wedding party either got free drinks subsided or did not pay the early check in fee. However we still paid, when asked for a refund a manager phoned us and informed she will deal with this and I would receive a phone call the following day. This was now 3 weeks ago and heard no reply.
