Double Room

Loved the location and the kids enjoyed the pool! Didn't see the staff much but had no complaints. The room was Very clean.

The coffee pot didn't work and the bathroom door was hard to close.

The room was very muggy due to rain and the air conditioner would not turn on nor would the built in fan. The property told me it was not able to turn on when it was under 60 degrees out. My family stayed in two other rooms on the property and their air conditioners did turn on along with being able to just use the fan on the units. Tried the heat unit as well and that would not turn on either.

Lamp kept flickering so needed all lights on or nothing. Couldn’t stand the flickering. Tv had issues. Kept stopping and at one point went total black but you could hear it. Ended up we had to just turn it off

The room was newly remodeled with fun retro refrigerator and microwave. We could see the river from the deck, so we enjoyed a morning coffee on deck before hitting the road again.

The location is great. The room appears to have been recently updated and very clean.

The lighting was odd, only ceiling lighting, no lamps for reading in bed for example. It was kind of "all or nothing" with the room lighting. No closet or dresser for hanging or storing clothing.

Retro mini fridge and microwave.

Code to keyless entry was not text messaged prior to arrival. Phone number was not listed correctly. Office/customer service was contacted and issue was resolved immediately despite 1230am arrival. 2 queen bed room was a tight fit.

The managers are wonderful communicators, prompt and kind. The room was amazing, clean and comfy. Thank you so much & looking forward to next year. Thanks again.

They were challenged as construction improvements were under way. but they made it work for us. Thank you
