Norfolk Arms Hotel, Ringinglow

Was cheap. Not much else good really

Courtyard room was code for "in back yard where staff gather during breaks" was noisy all evening as back windows did not open and front ones therefore had to be on hottest day of year and no AC. Special bonus marks for having the heated towel rail on full blast making bathroom a sauna.

Great location, fab beer garden, and the staff were extremely friendly.

It’s a lovely country pub with great food and beer and comfortable lodgings

Location beds were comfy nice food lovely staff

Broken toilet seat ,bathroom door didn't close Furniture marked and had its day,lacking electric sockets ,I was not informed to expect very loud party music until midnight. I had travelled to scatter my mums ashes and needed peaceful location. Distressing night due to excessive noise.

Wonderful facility and staff were very friendly and accommodating

Attentive staff, the room on the building below had an amazing view and was very spacious.

Our room above the pub was ok, noisy from traffic and very hot so had to the window open.
