Miserable breakfast waitress, couldn’t close the window without help from staff, stains on the bedroom carpet and walls, noise from pub below including live music, mediocre beds, unnecessary TV playing out at breakfast

Requested brown bread but unable to be provided Additional business could have been made for company, non resident requesting tea & toast at breakfast time

Central location

Bar shut early, staff were too busy talking to each other, no proper beer available, generally run down - 4/5 of us who stayed said ‘never again’.

Good central location close to railway station, city centre and theatre. Clean room with comfortable bed and good breakfast.

Tha staff were extremely helpful and the quality of the breakfast was among the best I have experienced, The location was excellent and there was very little noise.

There were a lot of steps. I have arthritis, so this waas a bother to me. The staff were wonderful though and helped me with my luggage, It was December but the radiator in my room remained cold all of the time. I could find no way of adjusting the heat.

The location is fantastic. Also despite it being above a pub the room was warm and quiet. Very comfortable beds!

Not much to complain about. I do think the bathroom could use a more powerful extractor fan as it got very steamy while having our showers. Parking is very tricky in Chichester but there is parking directly behind Trents, but this will cost £18 per 12 hours tho it is free 8pm-8am.
