Enchanting! If you are looking for a place of peace away from the crowds of tourists in Cinque Terre, you will find it here. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The appartment is lovingly furnished, clean and cozy, the small kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is there. The bathroom is super clean, modern and comfortable. Fiorella is a very friendly, flexible and accommodating host who is available at any time. Thank you for the lovely stay!

When it comes to public transport, it can get a bit tricky. Nothing to complain, and a natural thing if you seek staying in calm places, just a thing to keep in mind. A car is recommended, Corniglia is in walking distance (40-50 min on the main road)

The views are amazing! It’s quiet and comfortable. The bathroom is modern and hot water is great. The host is very quick to respond to inquiries.

The location with difficulties in parking. The lack of any local groceries, cafes, or a restaurant within walking distance. We quickly learned to plan ahead for grocery shopping and meals.

Very isolated but there was a shuttle bus running 4 times daily. However it can leave early and didn’t turn up at all once. The views from the balcony are awesome and the property was immaculate. Not ideal for 4 adults though as one of the bedrooms is found by going through the main bedroom and has bunk beds in it. They were very comfortable though.

Not large 3nough for 4 adults. Two adults and two children would be fine.

Fantastic views and location close to Vernazza and Corniglia to get an authentic Cinque terre experience. Good food at both and access to the other coastal towns via train or track. Awesome sitting on the balcony taking in the view.

Would be nice to park in the town carpark, other tourists seemed to, but advised to park on main road where parking is tight between the road and steep terrain.

This place is outstanding, the location is simply breathtaking. The apartment is small but very homey and equipped with plenty of amenities and complementary items such as breakfast stuff and coffee for the bialetti. We were able to cook some nice pasta dishes to enjoy on the beautiful balcony. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. San Bernardino as a location is very convenient if you are travelling by car as we were able to reach all of the cinque terre villages (start in the morning and park on the road somewhere, e.g above the Manarola car park, that way you don't have to pay for parking). Yes, the roads in cinque terre are narrow and winding but if you are somewhat used to driving mountain roads (as many Swiss people are), it's really not that bad, but best to have 4 eyes on the road. I was very scared of the driving part of this trip but it really wasn't that bad. We even had to park on the street below San Bernardino for most of the trip because there was an event on the church parking lot and that wasn't a problem either. At first I was sceptical if this apartment was gonna be worth it because it was slightly above our usual budget but it was the best decision, won't forget this place and the beautiful mornings sipping bialetti espresso while watching the sky and the sea change colours.

Parking was on public road with no reserved place, all parking spots was for residents.

We loved this small but well equipped apartment. The hosts accepted a very last minute booking on our end, which was highly appreciated! The view from the apartment is unmatched… one of the most amazing views. The apartment was also not a challenge to locate and finding parking nearby was simple. Overall, a positive experience.

It is pretty small, so I think this is good to know it will be a confined space. We didn’t mind this.
