The host was kind and helpful. It was clean and quiet. It was nice to take our meals on the balcony.

Supermarket is very close. It was a very good price/quality time and a very nice host.

Good location, we were visiting to dine at a nearby restaurant so it wasn’t important that the accommodation was out of the city centre. Excellent communication with the owner which made self check in very simple. The apartment is in a lovely non touristy area which suited our needs perfectly, very good bus services which got us to our restaurant very easily and it’s obvious that it’s also really easy to get into the centre of town by bus from here. Comfortable and clean

Only very slight negative was we couldn’t find any cups/mugs for tea or coffee, may have missed them of course.

Inaki was very helpful, especially with getting us a taxi! The flat was spacious and comfortable, with two balconies and lots of windows to welcome the breezes. It was closer to some shops and the train station, but further from the city centre and beaches than we expected (especially surprising in the taxi on the way there!!)

The hot water was inconsistent and required pushing a button, but Inaki is looking into that. Otherwise, our only complaint was too little time to spend on Donastia!
