Great place, amazing location

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the main square, making it very convenient. It’s also in front of a nice park full of nice restaurants. The staff is attentive and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. While breakfast is served at a different hotel, this actually adds a unique touch, giving guests the opportunity to explore another nearby spot. Additionally, the parking is conveniently located on-site, which is a major plus.

The hotel operates without a traditional front desk, so you'll need to call upon arrival, which might require a bit of coordination. The shower took a while to heat up, but it’s possible I wasn’t using it correctly. The breakfast is enjoyable, though the hot chocolate could be improved—it leans a bit too much toward milk rather than a richer chocolate flavor.

Staff was friendly and they had an English speaker greet us. Parking lot was right next door which was convenient. The building is in a great location in the heart of the tourist area so lots of restaurants nearby.

The accommodations need a little updating/improvement. We went during their annual Christmas festival and the atmosphere was great; however, the street noise was intense. Fireworks and revelry until about 2am. Then around 3am another guest was trying to get through the second (metal) door which is admittedly not easy to open and started banging on it because it wouldn't open, at 6am someone began singing in the adjacent park for about 15 minutes, and then there's the cars going up the street... I think a lot of this was just the time of year. I tried to turn the TV to drown out the street noise and half the channels didn't have sound. Also, the only plug that worked was in the bathroom so we had to charge our phones in there. There's no way to turn on the shower without getting hit with cold water, and either the drain pipe is clogged or not big enough so the shower pan fills up after a couple minutes, there's also no soap dish so you have to put your soap in the pool of water in order to do a final rinse. It'd also be nice if the bathroom light motion sensor (which is actually meant for outdoors) picked up if you were in the shower b/c it turns off after about 3 minutes so you just shower in the dark. The included breakfast was not at the hotel property but a couple blocks down the street.
