Plitvica River House

It is so close to the beautiful views, that we could walk. The property is beautifully situated amongst natural beauty. The facilities are very comfortable and inviting.

L’accueil de Dani dès notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ nous a impressionné. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre, elle sentait même bon! Literie très grande et confortable. Très gentil et surtout il s est adapté à notre situation avec un bébé pour nous donner des conseils adaptés pour les visites du parc de Plitvica. On a gagné énormément de temps et d’efforts. Le dîner était délicieux, certes un peu cher, mais la qualité est au rendez-vous. Il a pris le temps de discuter avec nous et servir les autres clients. Vraiment une personne qui aime son travail et le partager avec ses clients. Un grand merci et bravo pour ce parcours incroyable. Nous le conseillerons vivement à notre entourage !

Hospitality was fabulous. Ante is a wonderful. Food was great. He gave us great travel recommendations. He made the place a treasure.

Wifi was a bit spotty.

It’s a short walk to the national park, it is peaceful atmosphere, and extremely clean.

Anton and staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, from welcoming us upon entry through sending us off with clear directions and a lovely goodbye. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel and the meal was excellent! This modern hotel welcomed you with a warm and cozy feeling.

Super freundliche Gastgeber - selten so etwas erlebet. Man fühlt sich bei Ihnen wie zu Hause und sie machen das alles mit viel Liebe. Ante verwöhnt einem mit super feinem Essen! Die Tipps für den Nationalpark sind goldwert, man entkommt so den ganzen Menschenmassen ein wenig. Einfach nur top und zu empfehlen!

Our two night stay at Plitvica River House was the highlight of our recent trip to Croatia. Ante and Lucy are excellent hosts, both having spent many years working in the hospitality industry. Ante is a wonderful chef, providing excellent breakfasts and tasty dinners. The house is extremely comfortable and very clean. The house is a short walk from entrance #3 to the park. On our first evening Ante provided detailed information on the best way to walk around the park. (You must buy tickets online in advance to enter through gate #3.) Lucy gave us travel advice and recommendations for our onward journey to Zadar and Split. All in all a delightful experience.
