Giorgi's Guest House

Tamara, the property owner, is very nice and warm person. She treated us well, gave everyday some tasty Georgian snacks, gave possibility to make some laundry. The apartment is very clean. We had private bathroom and double bed, also there was common kitchen which was well equipped. The localization of house is perfect: near main road of village and close to trekking road to Cminda Sameba. There was also possibility to leave car on backyard.

No real view from the room. Only access from the kitchen.

Room was clean. Location was good, slightly away from the beating heart of downtown Kazbegi, but within easy walking distance of it. Breakfast was provided in the local style and was good.

This is a basic rural guest house, so just be aware of that if you're staying here. Don't expect a swimming pool or a spa.

Besides the structure itself, the highlight for me is the warmth and care from the family that manages the guesthouse. I wish them the best and definetelly recommend it

This has everything you are looking for in a guest house. The rooms are so clean. The sheets are crisp and white. The bed is comfortable. We were there in mid October on cold nights and heating worked great. Bathrooms are super functional. Great water pressure and hot water. So great to have a well equipped kitchen and fridge to make some meals ourselves. Best of all was the host. She was so friendly and professional. We tore a pair of pants and she even helped sew for us. She also makes a great and super filling breakfast. Unlimited coffee and tea. Really think this must be the best guesthouse in Kazbegi. Thank you!!

Room is super clean and beautiful. The owner is very friendly and treated us with some free food on one night.

We've visted Stepancminda on September, and it was very cold in the room most of the time.
