Agua Dulce On The Beach

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect: the comfort, the restaurant, and especially the warm and attentive welcome from the entire staff. A special mention goes to Manager Chris, whose professionalism and kindness made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!

Restaurant was good. This was the only good thing at this hotel. Proximity to the beach is good.

Approach road to the property is terrible. There was no sign telling where exactly the hotel is. We had to go through a couple of private properties and disturb people. The bathroom is not clean. There is no hot water at this hotel as the heaters are run on solar power and we have more cloudy and rainy days than sunny ones. At one time there was no water at all as there were issues with the water pump. This property needs some serious improvements. The bathrooms near the reception were extremely dirty.

Superb location with a great sized pool. Carol welcomed us and couldn’t be more helpful organising all our requests. Chris was also fantastic, helping us enjoy a brilliant Christmas,

Lack of fruit at breakfast, but it sounds like this is getting sorted :)

Great location right on the beach. Upper floor pool view rooms have ocean view. We obtained connecting rooms as requested.

While there are 3 breakfast options ( Costa Rican, pancakes, American), none of them included any fruit.

Lovely team, everyone so friendly and helpful. We had a storm during our visit which effected the main power but the hotel was very quick to react getting the generator going and WiFi back on 😊

Property is old and in need of updating. Food is terrible and very limited. No water pressure- shower a trickle.
