Fantastic in every way. Beautiful accomodation, absolutely spotless, stunning outdoor space and pool, really friendly attentive staff looked after all our needs. Good food, lots of vegan otions. Very central,.

Nothing not to like, suggest putting in a jacuzzi to compliment the stunning pool.

The pool is beautiful. Breakfast choices were good but hot food got cold fast. Housekeeping was v good.

The resort was far quieter than I expected. It lacked a holiday atmosphere and felt almost oppressively quiet and in isolation from its surroundings at times. The staff although they do engage with guests, from my own personal experience it seems they only do so out of necessity rather than out of any real interest in guests. This could merely be a personality (both ways of course) or training issue but needs to be considered going forward as at times interaction with staff can be awkward and being comfortable with staff and having a feeling of being a valued guest is the most important part of a stay in any resort/hotel . The resort is very pleasant but it is not 5 star....it is at best 4 star. The condition and fixtures of the room at minimum would need to be improved as they are a bit rough in places....e.g. the rug is a bit old and worn looking, some of the wood is chipped and worn looking. Much more attention to detail needs to be considered...e.g. the tap in the bathroom sink is completely impractical. This is all personal experience of course...what I will say is only stay here if you want complete quiet (I mean in the interaction sense....the road outside the resort can be v busy and loud at times) want time to yourself to relax or to relax with your other but don't expect that you will get any high level of service or friendliness as from my experience you won't. The resort is fine but needs to reconsider how to.improve the overall guest experience.

Badkamers zijn erg modern. Staaf uit het plafond als kraan boven wasbak niet erg praktisch. Misschien een kleine magnetron. Om iets te kunnen nen opwarmen

Very well designed property which is rare in Playa del ingles. Friendly staff that goes the extra mile for any dietary restrictions. Fresh orange juice for breakfast.

At this price point I did expect a bit more than just flawless design and friendly staff. - pool heating was broken and I was informed the first day about it however afterwards no more communication. Pool was eventually fixed after 4 days. - breakfast only starts at 9am. It’s brought in from a caterer and it’s good quality however: no fresh eggs, no barista coffee. - no staff at the property after 4pm so check in is all digital if you arrive late.

La tranquilidad y la privacidad, solo pueden alojarse unos pocos huéspedes, y eso te permite un ambiente tranquilo, además las habitaciones son espectaculares. En el día se mi cumpleaños tuvieron un bonito detalle conmigo.

Franchement, absolument tout. Le confort de la chambre est exceptionnel, les équipements sont parfaitement pensés et d’une grande qualité. L’emplacement est tout simplement idéal, au cœur de Maspalomas, avec un cadre magnifique et apaisant. Le personnel est incroyable : accueillant, attentionné, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et délicieux. Le lieu en lui-même est unique, élégant et inspirant. Il est difficile de trouver les mots pour décrire cet établissement tant tout est parfait — une expérience absolument inoubliable et sans doute l’un des plus beaux endroits où séjourner à Maspalomas.

Rien du tout. Aucun défaut à signaler, tout était absolument parfait.
