Fahana Men Only

Carlos, Miguel and Maria were great hosts. They made my first visit to Maspalomas fabulous. The location is accessible; the room is immaculate and spacious; the bed is very comfortable; breakfast (served till noon) is excellent too; and lots more ‘very’ that would make me stay again on my next visit! PS: If you do some cycling in Gran Canaria, you'll have so much space to store your bike safely.

Friendly staff, late breakfast, and the bed was super comfy. The private relaxing areas on the roof and in the backyard of the room are great. We liked that it was less crowded - there were only 8 rooms. The location was great and you can hardly hear any noise from the outside.

Cleanliness of the throw pillows could be improved. A suggestion would be to add a couple of micro fleece blankets which can be used to relax outside on the terrace in the evenings.

It was just what I wanted. Close enough to all the entertainment but a little slice of tranquility when needed!

I had a particularly enjoyable time at Fahana, which has the style of an international standard establishment. A big thank you to Miguel for his kindness, hospitality and availability, and also to Maria and her colleagues who maintain the hotel in remarkable condition. To my knowledge, it’s the best gay hotel in Playa del Inglés. I will come back as soon as possible. Jean-Christophe

We absolutely loved Fahana! It’s without question the best Gay hotel in the whole Canary Islands. Staff is amazing and especially Miguel and the staff at the breakfast. Lovely stay and everyone HAS to try this hotel.

The resort is fabulous but what makes it extra special are the Fahana team. Huge thanks to Miguel, Javier and Mari for making my stay super special. These three individuals plus the maintenance man were truly wonderful - professional, friendly and caring.

What an amazing place - it certainly sets the standard for what we should expect, other hotels, who charge similar, would do well to note the high standards of service and cleanliness, and above all the experience offered.Miguel was really attentive and helpful and the cleaning staff were unobtrusive and hyper-efficient. Truly the place to chill out and relax - clean, neat and very calming. Free coffee and water - in this day and age this should be the norm.

Breakfast was great, but not always warm, even at 09:10. The water system and extractor in my room were always running - not sure why? Not sure about the glass sided pool - little privacy when swimming

Everything in this hotel was amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent and served at friendly hours for night owls (I could breakfast at 12:00 if I wanted!! Thank you so much, best thing ever!). Everything is so clean and tidy and modern with a refine taste. The stuff is EXCELLENT, so friendly and professional. One of the things I also liked most is that it feels like home, you can access your room in an almost private way without passing by a lobby. The view of the aquarium-pool is probably another jewel of this place. Air conditioning perfect, you can put it to a cold temperature not like in other hotels that barely keep the setting to room temperature. Lot of space in the room. Very good illumination and huge glass walls that makes you feels like if you were in front of the beach, also good curtains that truely block the sun if you want to sleep on the day. Absolutely highly recommended.
