The hotel was immaculate, the pool was stunning and the customer service was excellent.

My only criticism would be some background music around the pool however, I appreciate other guests may not like/want that.

This is one of the most amazing hotel that we have ever stayed at. Location is super good, excellent staff, both Nick and Miguel are super helpful and nice. We really loved to spend the days by the pool. The room is super cosy and the patio was used alot during our stay.

The property is perfectly located a short walk from restaurants and entertainment. The rooms are modern and stylishly decorated with all the amenities you need. The pool and the area around it is beautiful. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of food, cold and hot. All the staff are very friendly and approachable

Loved the privacy, the pool, and the staff.

Breakfast had everything needed, well assorted and different each day. Pool area was stunning, always awailable sunbeds. Icecube-machine in the room a Big +.

Wish there was a refrigerator instead of a minibar, especially when very hot outside.

An absolute delight, the front door was opened by Carlos with a big smile and checked us in and took us to the most exceptional room we have stayed in Gran Canaria - 30th trip! Grounds are beautiful with the cream/white tiles, cactus, and darker tones of the spiral stair cases and window surrounds. Bathroom window - you can see out but mirrored for looking in, excellent touch. Room was exceptional and spacious with everything you require, beds are perfect as are the egg chairs and private roof bed, pool towels are provided and have special caps for fitting over the sun loungers - only Eight so no zooming out in the morning to one. Lighting is breathtaking and night with hidden Leds in floors and under seats, over head lights can be dimmed for the evening ambience. Pool is perfect, and the waterfall edges are a truly beautiful touch, especially when the sun is going down. The whole experience was exceptional and no words can describe the feeling when you arrive and the attentive exceptional staff make you so very welcome, we can't thank Carlos and Nick enough for making our stay unique, cleaners and gardeners were polite and very helpful. Treat yourselves or yourself - Fahana is a truly unique and exceptional experience.

The hotel is wonderful, it’s a little gem located 8 minutes away (walking) from the Yumbo. From housekeeping to front desk, the staff is the nicest and most attentive I’ve ever had in a hotel (thank you Adán!). Always a smile on and willing to help! There’s only 8 bedrooms in this hotel, all facing the swimming pool and each with a private terrace, so it’s very calm and relaxing. I would definitely return and can only recommend it!

Perhaps a suggestion regarding breakfast for the future: I would add pancakes, peanut butter, granola and something like a fruit salad. Having said that, I really appreciated that everyday there was something different in the buffet (chocolate cake, French toast, crumble, fruit skewer,...).
