"Very pleasant, air conditioning would improve facilities."

Great location to the beach and food outlets.

Very noisy, front door hard to open and close, garage quite smelly with loaded garbage bins. Garage door inaccessible from car, had to get out of car to open/close it.

"Not very enjoyable."

The actual apartment itself was quite clean.

The building is very run down, dirty and noisy at all hours. The smell from the Chinese restaurant was terrible and we also didn’t realise that we had to take linen and towels.
