Unfortunately on booking.com it says main bed is double - it’s actually a queen so while I brought my own linen the fitted sheet did not fit luckily I had a top sheet
AUWe provided all our own food, tea & coffee, as we had expected. Villa was well designed; private, even though on the main road to Trial Bay; enclosed back verandah was good for early morning cuppa & breakfast; good that toilet was separate from the rest of bathroom.
Quite a distance from main township of South West Rocks (but we knew that from checking location on Google map): so a bit cheaper than similar venues in town centre. Even though Trial Bay Front Beach was close by, the afternoon sea breezes don't reach the houses where villa is situated. So it would be very hot in mid-summer. Air-con only in living room; 1 bedroom had a good ceiling fan; 2nd bedroom only had a small portable fan & would be horribly hot if temperatures outside were very hot. Enclosed back verandah also got too hot for comfort in afternoon. Toilet seat plastic delaminating at front inner area: doesn't look good & posing a potential infection risk.

Small tv, not a good set up for famiy movie time. No rubbish bags or washing powder supplied - could be an oversight. Quite a dark living area.
