GBAUAUThe location is great, it is walking distance to everything especially the Country Club across the road. The street is a quite residential street with no traffic or noise. There is a fairly new washing machine and the one bathroom looks like it has been updated compared to the rest of the house.
As others have said, there is no fans or air conditioning so it does get quite warm even with the window open, bathroom flyscreen was damaged so it let in the mozzies. The curtains in the bedroom were starting to degrade and left a horrible white substance on my hands every time I opened and closed them. It is very outdated and the downstairs is a not great.
