The object is quie new, the rooms are clean. The owner was very flexible and forthcomming and offered us another room when we requested.

The communal kitchen is definitely not cleaned dayly. Since it is a "party-house" one may be confronted with a loud music late into the night. No breakfast is served. Most room do not have bathroms - one has to use the common bathroms which are modern and clean. The object is usually staffed (if there are no parties) only till the early evening. We have arrived at 8,55pm, and we had to wait for several minutes before we were given the instructions how to get in.
